Garanti Bank grants EUR 20 M to NEPI

Garanti Bank, member of Turkiye Garanti Bankasi, among world’s top 20 strongest financial organizations by Bloomberg, granted a EUR 20 million loan to New Europe Property Investments (NEPI) for the partial refinancing of the investment in Shopping City Galati, a press release informs. The financing was granted in February 2014, for a period of five years. “Shopping City Galati is a very important project for the city’s economic development, being the first of its kind in Galati and we are excited to be a part of it. Garanti Bank is focusing on establishing long-term, mutually beneficial collaborations with partners such as NEPI, who contribute to the sustainable development of the country’s economic environment”, stated Cagri Memisoglu – Deputy General Manager Garanti Bank. Shopping City Galati was opened in November 2013, six months after the issue of the building permit.
