UK envoy Martin Harris ends mandate, meets FM Corlatean

Minister of Foreign Affairs Titus Corlatean welcomed Martin Harris, Ambassador of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and the Northern Ireland yesterday during a farewell visit on occasion of the conclusion of his mandate in Romania, reports the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MAE). During the discussions, the two voiced their satisfaction for the positive evolution on bilateral plan, both political and economic and in terms of security, during Martin Harris’ mandate to Romania. Besides, the Romanian Chief Diplomat renewed the invitation extended to his British counterpart, William Hague, to pay a visit to Bucharest this year. Corlatean wished the best of luck to Ambassador Harris in his next mission to Moscow, in the context of the current challenges and showed his gratitude for the very good cooperation had during his mandate in Bucharest.
