Romania, first in the world in terms of free WiFi in hotels

Romania is top in the world regarding the percentage of hotels providing free access to WiFi internet to clients, with a 99 percent rate similar to Vietnam, whereas only two other European states, Poland and Slovakia, are also present in the top ten, indicates a study made on KAYAK portal, specialized in tourism offers. The study uses data from more than 500,000 hotels in more than 100 states, available for comparison to uses of the portal. The hotel is included in those providing free WiFi if they provide free access to the building lobby, even if a fee can be requested for this service in the hotel room. Globally, 90 percent of hotels provide free WiFi at the moment. With a 93 percent, the US are 32 in the rankings.
