Code Red to open for Septicflesh

The band Code Red, hailing from Brasov, will be performing as a special guest in Septicflesh’s show this Saturday, May 24 in the Rockstadt club, Brasov.
Founded in 2010, Code Red’s current line-up is: Andrei Calmuc – vocals/guitar (formerly part of Indian Fall), Armand Niculescu – guitar, Ioan ‘John’ Campian – bass (Perseverance), and Septimiu Harsan – drums (Necrovile, The Thirteenth Sun). The Greek band Septicflesh was among the most popular bands taking part in the 2013 Rockstadt Extreme Fest, which has earned them this special concert. Their newly released single ‘Order of Dracul,’ inspired by the story of Vlad Tepes, makes the concert’s location in Transylvania perfect. Entitled ‘Titan,’ the new album by Septicflesh consists of 10 tracks recorded in the Devasoundz studio in Athens, Greece and composed in collaboration with the Prague Philharmonic Orchestra. The record was mixed and mastered by Logan Mader, whose other projects include Gojira, Fear Factory, and Cavalera Conspiracy.
“We are exhausted but proud of the end result. We’ve worked intensely with Logan to offer you the most comprehensive death metal soundtrack. The songs are dynamic and full of emotion and the sound is aggressive and powerful. We’ve reached a new level in extreme music.”
Concert tickets can be purchased through the iabilet.ro and metalhead.ro/bilete networks, from the Rockstadt club, or from Uman store chains throughout the country.
