On August 12, for the first time in Bucharest, the legendary thrash band Testament will hold an exceptional concert at the Roman Arenas. Known as one of the most popular American metal bands, Testament was among the first bands to go mainstream once they released the disc Big Four of Thrash. Those who set the foundations of the band were guitarist Eric Peterson and his cousin, lead vocal Derrick Ramirez in 1983 in San Francisco Bay Area, initially activating as Legacy.
All the vital ingredients that made Testament band to excel will be present during the supershow in Bucharest: Chuck Billy’s growl, Alex Skolnick’ guitar skill, Eric Peterson’s mind-blowing tunes, Gene Hoglan at drums (aka the Atomic Clock) and Steve Di Giorgio, known for his remarkable bass skill. In other words, the thrash metal fans will enjoy an explosive concert full of surprises in a fiery summer.
The public will be allowed at 6 pm and the concert starts at 7:30. Tickets are available through the Eventim network and online on www.eventim.ro for RON 92.
More than that, Phoenix Entertainment prepared a special package for the buyers of tickets at ARTmania Festival Sibiu 2014. They will get a 10 RON discount for the Testament concert if they buy both tickets directly from the Eventim offices in Bucharest, Cluj, Ploiesti and Timisoara. The offer is available only by August 1, 2014.
