Tax Authority to reimburse RON 1.73 bn VAT in July

The National Tax Administration Agency (ANAF) will reimburse roughly RON 1.73 billion of VAT in July, according to a press release. The July selection has included all the receivable VAT notes for which repayment decisions were recorded in the respective database of reimbursement options (DNOR) up to May 23, except the receivable VAT notes for import, on which decisions were issued up to June 25. Receivable VAT notes are divided into compensation and refund categories, amounting to RON 55.49 million and RON 1,509 million respectively, for a total of RON 1.509 billion on one hand, and full settlement notes amounting to RON 105.31 million on the other hand. The partial compensation list amounts to RON 59.07 million and RON 726.80 million will be refunded later.
