According to official sources cited by Mediafax, the first budget rectification of the year will be carried out July 30, followed by a two-week break from Gov’t sessions for Executive members who will be going on holiday for several days. Prime Minister Victor Ponta has recently announced that Liviu Voinea, future National Bank deputy governor, will stay in the Gov’t as Minister Delegate for Budget, at least until late July, in order to prepare the budget rectification. The head of Gov’t has asked the Health Minister to push Voinea for more funds in the rectification for his ministry.
