Rain and storm alert all over the country on Tuesday and Wednesday

The weathermen warned that heavy rains and strong gusts of wind and hail will fall from Tuesday morning to Wednesday night in all the counties of Romania.
According to the information sent by the National Meteorology Administration, there will be spells of accentuated atmospheric instability from Tuesday at 4 am to Wednesday to 10 pm, firstly in Banat and Crisana then in Oltenia, Maramures, most of Transylvania and Moldova and in western Muntenia. In these regions the rains will be heavy with lightning and stormy gusts of wind with hail. The water amounts will exceed 20 litres per square metre and even 30 to 40 litres in some areas, according to the ANM warning. “The atmospheric instability will be present in the South-East as well, especially during the final period of the interval, on more reduced areas,” reads the quoted source.
In the mountains, the thermal values will be high over the first days and again towards the end of the forecast couple of weeks, with maximum averages of 20 to 22 degrees C and slightly lower in the rest of the time, with an average of 18 to 19 degrees C. The same trend will be reported during the night with a slight decrease at the middle of the first week and temperatures ranging generally between 11 and 13 degrees C. The rain probability will be relatively high during the whole interval but the rain will be more frequent and in higher amounts between July 22 and 24 and on July 26, 27 and 28.
