Heavy smoke rises from Brega oil-depot in Tripoli, Libya, on July 28, 2014. Shells fired by fighting rival militias fell accidentally on an oil depot on early Monday, causing a huge explosion and the heavy smoke could be seen miles away. At least 97 people were killed and 404 others wounded in the recent battles between rival militias around Tripoli’s international airport, according to a health ministry official.
