Chairman of Constanta County Council Nicusor Constantinescu blatantly breached the obligations imposed during the legal control as he had no excuse, indicates Bucharest Tribunal in their motivation for the a rule of his arrest. “The culprit, although he knew about a criminal trial in which he is accused of the alleged felonies for which he was sued, he willingly breached the obligation not to leave the country, on July 2, 2014, as well as the other obligations forced to the culprit by Bucharest Tribunal,” according to the motivation of the arrest rule. The judge said there was no evidence that Nicusor Constantinescu should remain in other state to get medical treatment, saying such treatment is available in Romania as well.
