Ombudsman Victor Ciorbea answers to President Traian Basescu to his request on the possibility of notifying the Constitutional Court regarding the non-constitutionality aspects of the emergency governmental resolution 49/2014, telling him it is in an advanced state of examination of the underlined aspects. The ombudsman says that, as the President requested, he asked for the point of view of the specialized personnel of the pre-university and university field, of the unions and the civil society, as he sent opinions to the National University Rectors’ Council, the National Union Federation “Alma Mater,” the Federation of Free Unions in Education and the Federation of Unions in Education “Spiru Haret.”
