President of Romania Traian Basescu attended on Monday the ceremony for the commemoration of 100 years since the outbreak of WWI, the Presidential Administration informs.
The President attended at noon a ceremony at the Cointe Inter-allied Memorial in Liege (Belgium) and then he will participated in a wreath-laying ceremony with King Philippe of Belgium.
President Traian Basescu was also to attend a lunch offered by King Philippe and Queen Mathilde of Belgium at the Prince-Bishops’ Palace.
