Ski jumpers from eight countries to compete in Carpath Cup and FIS Cup

As many as 60 ski jumpers fromTurkey, Poland, Ukraine, Sweden,Kazakhstan, the Netherlands, Japanand Romania will be competing,September 25-28 in Carpath Cup andFIS Cup, two ski jumping competitionsorganised by the RomanianFederation of Ski-Biathlon in partnershipwith the Rasnov Town Hall andOMV, Rasnov Mayor Adrian Vesteareported on Monday writes Agerpres.Hosting the competitions will be theski jumping installations at theOlympic Centre on Carbunarii Valley,springboards K64 and K90.Carpath Cup starts on September25, 09:00hrs, EEST with official trainingsessions, followed by trail jumpsand the contests proper at 15:00hrs,EEST. It continues on September 26 at09:00hrs EEST with trial jumps andthe contests proper at 10:00hrs, EEST.On Saturday, the official trainingsessions start at 09:00hrs EEST for theFIS Cup competitions, while thewomen’s trial jumps will start at10:30hrs, EEST on the K 64 springboardand at 11:00hrs, EEST thewomen’s jumping contests on the K64springboard.The official training sessions for themen’s jumping contests start at12:30hrs, EEST, on the K90 springboard,followed by trial jumps and thecontests proper at 15:00.On Sunday, the last day of the competitions,the women’s K64 jumpingevent and the men’s K90 jumpingevent will be held.
