Todoran, Kipyego win Raiffeisen Bank Bucharest International Marathon

Kenyan Michael Kipkorir Kipyego won on Sunday the seventh edition of the Raiffeisen Bank Bucharest International Marathon, setting a race record at 2 h, 13 min and 37 sec. The women’s marathon was for the first time won by a Romanian, Paula Claudia Todoran, a member of CSM Zalau, in 2 hours, 41 minutes and 23 seconds. Number two was Kipruta Caroline Jemeli from Kenya (2.47.23) and Adela Paulina Baltoi, from CS Pandurii Târgu Jiu, with 2.55.09.
