Alexandru Andries concert on October 13 at Bucharest’s Radio Hall

Alexandru Andries will give a concert on October 13, at 7.30 p.m., at Bucharest’s Radio Hall where he will present the remastered version of the “Interioare” album, a version he launched back in May when he marked 30 years since the first appearance of the album.
The date of this concert is special since on the same day Alexandru Andries will also celebrate his 60th birthday.
Alexandru Andries launched his debut album – “Interioare” – in 1984, at Electrocord records.
“The idea is to mark this through a special edition, first of all a remastered version of the whole album, done with today’s technology; Mr. Victor Panfilov took care of this and I believe it came out very well,” Alexandru Andries stated in May.
In his 30 years of activity, Alexandru Andries, a singer of folk, jazz and blues, has totaled over 3,000 concerts and has a rich discography which includes over 45 musical projects.
The “Interioare” anniversary album contains nine songs taken from his debut album in 1984 and presented in a new version. Maria Ioana Mintulescu, Berti Barbera and Sorin Romanescu contributed to the 2014 album as the artist’s guests.
