Traditional products fair at the Peasant’s Museum

The Peasants’ Market and Mester(Esti)! organize, starting today and until November 2, 2014, a new rustic fair in the inner yard of The National Museum of the Romanian Peasant in Bucharest.
Over 100 producers and skilled producers of traditional food, artisans and merchants of antiquities will gather in the yard of the museum where bread will be baked in a clay oven, cabbage rolls will be prepared, as well as fish soup, bean stew and cabbage with bacon, all of them cooked in front of customers, following old-time recipes. There will be also pastrami and must, grills and boiled wine.
For connoisseurs and collectors, there will be rustic antiquities and furniture, china pottery and kettles, folklore costumes and wooden carriages, all available for purchase.
