Over 60 Romanian companies to participate in World Travel Market in London, Nov 3 to 6

Over 60 Romanian companies will participate, November 3 to 6, in the 35th edition of the international tourism fair World Travel Market (WTM), in London. ‘It is a record number of participations for Romania. Some 80% of companies are travel agencies, 5% are hotels and 15% are tourism promotion associations. Romania’s stand concept is a blend of classic and modern. To continue the message sent in the previous year, we have resumed the design in 2013, with the Maramures gate and huge LED screens. As a novelty, we have created spaces for discussions with wooden benches, covered with towels with traditional motifs. Our offer is wide because we focus on the six products that we have set for target markets. The exhibitors present in the stand are coming with novelties, such as the launch of travel portals for the British market and up to the cross-border tours’ the Vice-President of the National Tourism Authority (ANT), Mirela Matichescu, the chief of the Romanian delegation to London, told.
