UNATC to organize “Sunday School” for the sixth year

Starting on November 23, 2014, the “I. L. Caragiale” National University of Theatre and Film (UNATC) reopens its gates for more than its students. For the sixth year in a row, the alternative program Sunday School starts a new session of classes (acting, film acting, great directors and their film poetics, contemporary dance and body expression, digital photography processing, origami theatre and so on. For ten Sundays, the teachers of the university that has the longest tradition in our country, for theatre and film, are awaiting persons interested in these fields to improve and exercise their qualities in a professional environment with an acknowledged value.

Regardless of age,  training and experience, the “I L. Caragiale” National University now provides everybody the chance to follow the path of personal development through creativity.

At the end of the classes, each attendant will receive a graduation degree released by UNATC.

The Sunday School is an educational project destined to all ages, regardless of their previous professional background, guaranteed by the “I. L. Caragiale” National University of Theatre and Film which thus provides a professional environment of theory and practice to those who want to get familiar with the basics or with advanced techniques in fields  of Romanian education that benefit of a modest investment nowadays.

The Sunday School intends to implement an educational model based on a few essential notions: the access to culture and to fundamental techniques in the referential fields of theatre and film, the promotion of interactive classes, sharing specialized information and promoting a manner of thinking that is theatrical and cinematographic.
