Economy minister wants First Car aid to begin next week

The methodology for the First Car aid programme is ready and will be submitted to the government next Tuesday, Economy Minister Constantin Nita told.’There were some technical problems, but the ministries of finances and justice solved them. There were issues concerning the guarantees, the way of operation of this programme, the way the [aided] youths or citizens should address the Guarantee Fund. The programme is underway. Based on the government ordinance, it was normal to draft some technical norms, both at the Ministry of Finance and at the Guarantee Fund. (…) Right now, these norms are completed and they will enter the government on Tuesday. (…) Normally, they should have been drafted earlier, but there was a one week delay. I hope the programme starts next week,’ the minister said.
