UniCredit Tiriac Bank – consolidated net profit of 141.6 mln lei, in first nine months

UniCredit Tiriac Bank recorded a consolidated net profit after minority interest of 141.6 million lei (31.8 million euros) in the first nine months of 2014, according to a press release issued on Wednesday for AGERPRES.
According to the bank, consolidated operational revenues stood at 1.16 billion lei (261 million euros), a level similar to that recorded in the first nine months of 2013. The operational expenditures amounted to 585.3 million lei (131.6 million euros) and operational profit amounted to 575.7 million lei (129.4 million euros).
Provisions for loans reached 376.1 million lei (84.5 million euros) in the first nine months of this year. UniCredit Leasing, the leader of the local financial leasing market, extended, in the first nine months of this year, 925 million lei (208 million euros) in financing for the purchase of vehicles and equipment, up by some 20% compared to the same period of last year. The volume of total assets increased slightly, up to 2.87 billion lei (650 million euros) at end-September 2014.
