U.S. Alumni Fair for the first time in Romania

The Romanian–U.S. Fulbright Commission and EducationUSA invite the public  to a special U.S. Alumni Fair to be held for the first time ever in Romania on Friday, November 21, from 10:30 to 13:30 @ “Ion Mincu” University of Architecture and Urbanism, Exhibition Hall (18-20 Academiei Street, Bucharest, Romania).

Members of the American community in Bucharest and U.S. Embassy staff, alumni of major American universities (including Ivy League schools), will come together as proud representatives of their alma maters, ready to act as your guides on an exploration of the American college experience.

The term Ivy League has connotations of academic excellence, selectivity in admissions, and social elitism and refers to eight private institutions of  higher education in the Northeastern United States. The eight institutions are Brown University, Columbia University, Cornell University, Dartmouth College, Harvard University, Princeton University, the University of Pennsylvania, and Yale University.
