In 2014, Romania benefited from 10.4 billion euros from European funds for down-payments and reimbursements, Government Spokesman Corneliu Calota announced on Monday.
“At the end of 2014, invoices representing over 50 per cent of the amount allotted to Romania were sent to Brussels for reimbursement. The total amounts that entered Romania, both for down-payments and for reimbursements, amount to 10.4 billion euros. For 2015, three operational programmes have already been approved: the Operational Programme for Helping Disfavoured Persons, the Operational Programme for Competitiveness and the Operational Programme for Technical Assistance,” Calota said in a press briefing at the Victoria Palace.
The Gov’t supplements MDRAP budget to support education process in the Republic of Moldova
The Government in the Monday meeting decided to supplement the budget of the Regional Development and Public Administration Ministry (MDRAP) on 2014 with 22.5 million lei from the budget reserve fund at the Government’s disposal, to support the education process in the Republic of Moldova by repairing some pre-school education units, informs a Government release remitted to Agerpres.
The cited source points out that the amounts corresponding to these repairs will be sent to the public authorities of the Republic of Moldova.
