Iohannis, Aurescu discuss Romania’s foreign policy priorities, schedule of the President’s visits abroad

President Klaus Iohannis met  on Tuesday at the Cotroceni Palace the Minister of Foreign Affairs,  Bogdan Aurescu, and discussed about  Romania’s  foreign policy priorities and the calendar of the President’s  visits abroad in the first half of 2015, according to a statement posted on the website of the Presidency.

The meeting between Iohannis and Aurescu lasted an hour. “The President of Romania, Mr. Klaus Iohannis, met in the morning, at the Cotroceni Palace, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Bogdan Aurescu. At the meeting there were discussed the foreign policy priorities and the schedule of the visits the President will make abroad in the first half of 2015. The meeting lasted an hour, “states the release. Iohannis’s meeting with the Foreign Minister has followed two other meetings that the president has had on Monday with Interior Minister Gabriel Oprea, and Defence Minister Mircea Dusa.
