What President Iohannis wishes to his fellow citizens: May 2015 be the beginning of that Romania of a normality that everybody wants

In his New Year message addressed to all Romanians, either they live in the country or abroad, President Klaus Iohannis  has expressed his  hopes they will  have part of a better and more prosperous year and full of happiness.

“We conclude a year that brought us challenges and changes. We begin a new year in which we will have to build on solid basis, to turn the hope into reality. And we’ll do it together. During the holidays we are better with each other. We have more time for those who go through hardships. We have more confidence and hope for the future. We leave aside what divides us and keep what unites us,” says President Iohannis New Year message.

“Today my thoughts turn to all of you, my fellow citizens everywhere. The youngest, who want a better future for our country. To those who, through their work and initiative, drive Romania forward. To our parents and grandparents, who have helped us to make our ways in life

Today my thoughts turn to those who serve under the flag of Romania and under our allies’ flag and make us pride. And to those for whom  Romania means home, wherever they are. I wish 2015 to be the beginning of that Romania of normality that we all want,” concludes the New Year message of the Romanian President.
