Russian consular offices in Romania switch to processing the visa application forms in electronic format only, on Feb. 16

Consular offices of the Russian Federation in Romania on February 16 will switch to processing the visa application forms in electronic format only, according to a press release by the Russian Embassy in Bucharest.

According to the above mentioned source, the completion and printing of the electronic visa application forms will be made through the website of the Department of Consular Service of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs – http://viza.kdmid.ru.

Russia currently has two consular offices in Romania, namely the Consular Section of the Russian Embassy in Bucharest and the Consulate general of the Russian Federation in Constanta.

Until February 16, however, the two authorities will continue to process the visa according to the existing schedule and proceedings.
