The President of the Constitutional Court of Romania (CCR), Augustin Zegrean, is among the candidates accepted to hold the interview during the procedure for designating Romania’s representative for the office of judge with the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU).
The Justice Ministry released on its website the list of persons accepted to hold the interview scheduled on Tuesday, March 3.
“Based on article 5, para 1, of the Procedure for the designation of Romania’s candidate to the office of judge with the Court of Justice of the European Union, approved by Romania’s Government on January 14, 2015, the attending members of the selection committee unanimously decided, following the verification of the candidacy files registered until February 23, 2015, the acceptance for the interview of the following candidates: Gheorghe Buta, Valeriu Ciuca, Ruxandra Costache, Claudia-Ana Costea (Moarcas), Mircea Criste, Constantin-Virgil Ivan-Cucu, Laura Mihaela Ivanovici, Octavia-Matei Spineanu, Dragos Constantin Tarsia, Camelia Toader, Augustin Zegrean,” shows a release posted on the Justice Ministry website.
