JTI Romania recertified by Top Employers

For the second year in a row JTI Romania has received Top Employer certification. The Top Employers Institute assessed JTI Romania’s employee policies on criteria such as talent strategy, workforce planning, learning &development, performance management, leadership development, career & succession management, compensation & benefits, and working culture.

JTI was one of only five companies in the world to receive the Top Employer Global 2015 certification during an awards ceremony in Amsterdam yesterday. JTI offices – in an unprecedented 33 countries worldwide, including Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Poland, Sweden and UK – were recognized by the Top Employers Institute for their exceptional employee environment.
