Garanti Bank, one of the most dynamic and innovative banks on the local market, has signed a partnership with Groupama Asigurari, one of the leaders of the Romanian insurance market, an agreement through which the owners of Bonus Gold and Bonus Platinum credit cards will receive travel insurance.

Garanti Bank clients that own a Bonus Gold or Bonus Platinum card will receive a travel insurance product offered by Groupama, covering medical services (accidents and illnesses) as well as the value of personal belongings as a result of luggage delays, the value of basic purchases generated by flight delays etc.

“The association with Groupama Asigurari will bring significant added value to Garanti Bank clients that own a Bonus Gold and/or a Bonus Platinum credit card and who travel abroad for business or personal purposes. Garanti Bank and Groupama alike have strong and well-established presence on the local market. Together we will offer a financial service that offers our clients the necessary protection in unforeseen moments. Whether we are talking about main users or owners of supplementary cards, they can benefit from this new service free of charge,” Garanti Bank Deputy General Manager Anca Motca stated.

“The medical travel insurance is a flexible and competitive solution offered by Groupama Asigurari. We are delighted to be Garanti Bank’s partner in the strategy of offering this product to its clients, as a benefit alongside the banking offer. One of Groupama Asigurari’s most important missions is based on the quality of the relationship built with clients and partners. We believe we can develop a long-term partnership based on trust. From this point of view, we will continue to consolidate the relationship with Garanti Bank and we are confident that we will obtain the best results together,” Groupama Asigurari Deputy General Manager Calin Matei stated.

The insurance is valid for Garanti Bank clients that travel for personal or business purposes anywhere in the world with the exception of Romania.
