Eugenia, Romania’s top cream sandwich biscuits brand, is now available on Amazon, one of the world’s largest online retailers. Thus, Eugenia can now be bought online, from anywhere in the world, and will be delivered in just 24 hours.
“Romanians have a special relation with the Eugenia brand. For many it means the taste of their childhood, of their college years or, for those no longer living in Romania, it means home. That is why we were not very surprised to see the huge success we registered in external sales the moment the biscuits became available on the platforms of large international online retailers such as Amazon,” the company’s representatives stated.
Dobrogea Group has been selling on foreign markets since 2007, most orders coming from Spain, Italy, United Kingdom, US, Canada and Germany, the countries that have the largest Romanian communities. At this moment approximately 9 per cent of the annual production of Eugenia biscuits is exported.
“We have important plans for 2015 too, which include presence on markets outside Romania. We are a solid company with a strong portfolio and this determines us to confidently tackle a bold business strategy,” company representatives added.

It has to be pointed out that despite the fact that similar products (packaging-wise) have appeared in large retail chains in Romania, they fail to surpass Eugenia, a Romanian product that stands out through its taste and aroma.
