The Palm Sunday Fair will be inaugurated on Friday at 11 a.m., at the Agriculture and Rural Development Ministry (MADR). The Fair is an exhibition that will feature products from various regions of the country.
At the Palm Sunday Fair, organized by MADR and the “Produs de Cluj” Association, producers from Cluj, Arges, Botosani, Brasov, Covasna, Olt, Maramures, Prahova and Tulcea counties, as well as from Bucharest, will exhibit high-quality products such as meat, dairy, pickles, stew, natural syrups and marmalade, chocolate and home-made cookies, edible natural oils and lavender products.
Likewise, master craftsmen will be present at the fair, presenting folk costumes, wood sculptures, leather and glass products, as well as the famous hand-made dolls dressed in traditional Romanian costumes from Transylvania.
Throughout the three-day event, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., visitors will be able to watch folk songs shows and recitals offered by renowned artists.
