President Klaus Iohannis to pay two-day official visit to Croatia

President Klaus Iohannis will pay, as of Monday, a two-day official visit to Croatia, according to the programme announced by the Presidential Administration.

On Monday afternoon, the Romanian President will hold, at the headquarters of the Croatian Government, official talks with the Prime Minister of Croatia, Zoran Milanovic.

Immediately after this, President Klaus Iohannis will be received, at the Presidential Palace in Zagreb, by President of Croatia, Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic.

Subsequently, the two heads of state will hold a joint press release.

Also on Monday evening, at the Presidential Palace in Zagreb, the President of the Republic of Croatia will give an official dinner in the honour of his Romanian counterpart.

On the second day of the visit, on Tuesday, President Klaus Iohannis will participate, in Zagreb, at the Mirogoj Cemetery, in a wreath-laying ceremony at the “The Voice of Croatian victims – Wall Pain” memorial.

Also, the Romanian President will meet, at the seat of the Sabor (Parliament), with the Speaker of this body, Josip Leko.
