New Kopel Group launches innovative programs for auto market and a new “Always Yes” business approach (II)

The First SH Car program is doubled by a new approach in the relationship with clients, company officials explain. “New Kopel Group is a one-stop shop! It’s the place where you come and, with the help of our colleagues, leave with a solution that is satisfactory for you as a client. This is the Always Yes business philosophy. Flexibility is the new watchword for Sixt OL, the company’s operational leasing division,” Alexandru Bojinca, head of the special division, stated.

24/7 support for company clients

“Our clients’ expectations concern permanent support and this is the essence of the Customer Relations Manager division. The client comes to the showroom, receives consultancy and chooses the solution that best suits him but, thanks to the new Always Yes business approach, he is permanently in contact with us. We are at the client’s disposal 24/7. This is the essence of a relationship of partnership that we have built with our clients,” Silvana Sima, New Kopel Group Marketing & Group Operations Manager, stated.

Rent-a-Car: EUR 9.99 per day, a third of the average market price

The policy of encouraging and supporting individual middle class clients was expanded by the group from the corporate and recreational sphere. Thus, apart from the solutions offered for the corporate sphere, New Kopel Group has decided to introduce an advantageous car rental offer that would allow Romanians to use the cars in their leisure time too.

“Our group is present through the Rent-a-Car division in 16 of the main cities in Romania. Current activity points to the fact that in Romania car rental is a solution used regularly for business and far less so for leisure time. We thought how we could change this approach and we decided to come up with an offer accessible for all categories of persons. Consequently, we have created a very attractive offer for the rental of cars for the weekend: EUR 9.99 per day. We have to point out that this tariff is a third of the average rental tariff on the market. Through this offer, we plan not only to raise accessibility to this transport solution but also to contribute, to the extent possible, to backing internal tourism,” New Kopel Group CEO Hezi Shayb stated.

Shlomo Group, New Kopel Group’s shareholder, was founded in 1974 in Israel and is one of the strongest holdings in Israel and leader on the operational leasing market in Israel. The holding has a fleet of 65,000 vehicles in Israel, has a market share of 33 per cent on the operational leasing market’s household segment and of 25 per cent on its corporate segment. Shlomo Group is active not only in the auto industry but also in insurances, shipping, telecom, logistics and real-estate. The company is active on large markets such as the United States, China and Germany.
