Chronos Curier on AeRO

Starting June 22, 2015, the shares of Chronos Curier has started trading on AeRO, the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) market for SMEs and start-ups. This is the first listing of a new private company on AeRO for which the authorized advisor is a Romanian intermediary, BT Securities, company part of Banca Transilvania Financial Group.

Chronos Curier is a domestic express delivery company, with Romanian capital, that provides door-to-door delivery, 70% of its activity being focused on B2B deliveries, the rest being B2C. The company was launched in 2008 and delivery is based on know-how of the founders in logistics and courier services. Currently, Chronos Curier has 71 employees and 300 partners nationwide.

AeRO is a new opportunity for companies that want to use the capital market for their benefit as well for investors, especially by attracting capital to support projects and to prepare for a future transition to a new level of transparency, listing on the regulated market.

AeRO was established by Bucharest Stock Exchange in order to allow companies to access financing and listing in a quicker and easier way and at the same time, allowing investors to get exposure to growth companies, at an early stage.
