International exhibition of processing units and storage systems

AgroStandard EXPO in partnership with Bucharest-based Gheorghe Ionescu Sisesti Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences is organising at Lilieci, Ilfov County the first edition of an international exhibition of processing units and storage systems on July 2-5.

The event seeks to render support to the farmers in dire need of capital at present, for them to be able to turn the primary production to higher profit by exhibiting a broad array of factories, facilities and equipment for processing the farm production.

The exhibition also schedules a range of conferences dedicated both to the new National Rural Development Programme 2014-20 and the difficulties being faced by the farmers specialised in major crops and animal-breeding, besides a rich offer of products and services aimed at the farmers (farm machinery and accessories, equipment for animal-breeding, irrigation systems, sheds and storage spaces, GPS systems, software for the management of the agricultural activities in the dairy and cold-cuts industries, the processing of industrial plants and the biogas facilities).

At this year’s edition of AgroStandard EXPO Processing and Storage, the farmers will also have the possibility to see, for the first time in Romania, a vast display of warehouses, sheds and silos, both on a metal structure and wood or textile structure that can be used for a variety of purposes
