UPS is expanding its UPS Worldwide Express Freight service for the second time this year, to eight new sender countries and five new recipient countries, including Romania. The service is dedicated to the express worldwide shipment of bulky and valuable freight. As a result of this expansion, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia and five other countries from Latin America have been added to the list of countries in which the service is available, thus answering clients’ needs.
The service offered by UPS – recommended for product launches, stock replacement or the replacement of malfunctioning components – is now available in 58 sender and 56 recipient countries and regions.
The service offers faster transport for freight of over 70 kilograms, on more routes than offered by any other shipping operator. The delivery is made door-to-door, with deadline and custom services included. Deliveries are made on Saturdays too in certain parts of the US and Canada.
“Rising demand from our clients determined us to expand this service,” UPS Romania Managing Director Tim Helsen stated. “Worldwide Express Freight is a fast, easy-to-use service and our expertise in custom procedures, combined with our global air freight network, ensures safe deliveries,” he added.
UPS is a global leader on the logistics market, offering a wide range of solutions for the shipping of small packages and cargo freight; the easing of foreign trade and the use of advanced technology for better business world management.
