AFI Europe develops building project on 39 mln euros from Bank Leumi

AFI Europe has signed a financing agreement of 39 million euros with Bank Leumi Romania to finalize the construction of office buildings AFI Park 4&5, the fourth phase of the project AFI Park in Bucharest, company representatives announced on Monday.
AFI Park 4&5 totals 32,000 rentable square metres of class A office spaces and stretches on 12 floors of offices served by two underground car parks with 300 places. With an area of 3,000 sqm per floor, AFI Park 4&5 offer the perfect solution for the needs of multinational companies operating in IT&C and BPO sectors. The office buildings provide the highest level of modern technical specifications, allowing non-stop operations for its tenants.
AFI Park includes five class A office buildings with a total rentable area of 70,000 sqm, which – together with AFI Palace Cotroceni (81,000 sqm), situated in its vicinity – form the largest retail and business complex in Romania and one of the largest in Central and Eastern Europe.
On the office building segment, AFI Europe Romania will develop AFI Business Park Bucharest, a class A business park of 50,000 rentable sqm, located close to Bucharest’s JW Marriott Hotel and the Parliament. The business park will have two lower office buildings and an office tower.
