A number of 40 companies operating in various sectors of the economy will debut, on July 29, 2015, on the AeRO market, following their transfer from Rasdaq and from the unlisted securities segment.
AeRO is a new chance for the companies that want to use the capital market to their benefit and also to investors’ one, especially by drawing capital for supporting projects, but also for preparing a future move to a new level of transparency, the listing on the regulated market.
Currently, accepted to trading on the AeRO market are 129 companies, with an overall market capitalization of 2.15 billion lei (486.5 million euros).
The AeRO market is the segment dedicated to equities (shares) within the Bucharest Stock Exchange’s alternative trading system. This is a market segment aimed at listing startups, to finance their projects and growth stories, to increase their visibility and contribution to the development of the business environment.
