Alternative rock band Robin&The Backstabbers are putting up an open-air show today as of 20:00 hrs in the Bucharest Sector 3 “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” Park.
The band participated in a host of festivals across the country and were the opening act for bands like The Whitest Boy Alive, Obits, British Sea Power and Reptile Youth, informs a release of the Sector 3 Mayor’s Office.
The outdoor summer concert series in the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” Park continues this weekend with “Classic Band 2000” and Cortez, who will perform on Saturday and Sunday, respectively, between 18:00 and 20:00 hrs.
In the park gazebo, the kids can spend some pleasant pastime in the weekend mornings attending the reading shows “Childhood stories.”
Classical music lovers can stroll to the Coltea Park, near the Bucharest University, to enjoy “Summer symphonies” evenings as of 20:00 hrs.
The academic chamber ensemble Brass Quintet Bucharest and mezzo-soprano Claudia Maru Hanghiuc will perform on Saturday, and on Sunday it’s the turn of vocal group Acapella conducted by George Miron to entertain the public.
