DCH International invests rd 23 M euros in Sibioara compound feed plant

The Danes with the DCH International Holding have invested rd 23 million euros in the Constanta County’s Sibioara-based Compound Feed Plant, a release by the Premium Porc Group Company sent on Sunday to Agerpres reads.

The opening of the Compound Feed Plant of Sibioara is part of a larger project of the Premium Porc Group Company to upgrade and extend the farms it operates in the County of Constanta.

“We are looking to an ambitious strategy – to continue the company’s development and double the Premium Porc Group Company’s production, by 2019,” says Lars Drescher, DCH International CEO.

Premium Porc Group Company is operating in Romania since 2006, when it started pig farming, by purchasing the Suintest farm of the Vrancea County’s Golesti commune.

“It is an investment that means to support the area’s business environment, to offer new jobs to the locals, and it is an important contribution to the local budget as well, through the taxes and fees the company is paying,” says Ancuta Daniela Belu, the lady mayor of the Mihail Kogalniceanu commune, where the plant was erected.

The Premium Porc Group Company’s turnover on 2014 was worth 43 million euros.
