PSD women seeking solutions for demographic policy

Chair of the National Council of the Social Democratic Party (PSD), Rovana Plumb – also the minister of labour, family affairs and social security – said Friday evening in Constanta that the PSD Women’s Organisation (OFSD) continues support for national legislative demographic policies.

‘I am extremely glad that OFSD continues support for family life, women and parents in Romania, including by the measures in the New Tax Code that will pass through Parliament next week. I want OFSD, through the department of the National Council, to draw up public family and demographic policies. To this end, we are inviting proposals, suggestions and initiatives to draw up demographic policies, on: familiedeomgrafie@psd.ro,’ said Plumb (photo).

The PSD women have convened in a summer school at Mamaia, Constanta County, August 28-30.
