Garanti Bank installs POSs in all Orange Shops in Romania

Garanti Bank, one of the most valuable and dynamic local banks, has signed a partnership with Orange Romania, a national leader on the mobile telecommunications market. Based on the agreement, the bank has installed POSs in Orange Shops all over the country.

This partnership will allow Garanti Bank clients that own Bonus Cards to buy Orange Shop products in six interest-free instalments with a bonus of 0.5 per cent.
“Both we and Orange have a well-established presence on the local market, and this new partnership comes as a continuation of Garanti Bank’s strategy of better serving our clients. We are confident that this new partnership will bring added value to Garanti Bank clients, who from now on will be able to benefit from the new services available in Orange Shops,” Garanti Bank Card Director Emre Unal stated.

Bonus Card is a unique product in Romania and one of the most complex payment instruments on the market, both for card owners and for traders. Clients obtain bonuses when using their cards in the country and abroad. The bonus consists of money that can be then spent on free shopping in partner stores. Moreover, Bonus Card offers clients the possibility of paying in interest-free instalments.
