Colectiv club fire victims, successfully transferred to the UK

Nine patients, victims of the Colectiv Club fire, have successfully been transferred to the UK and their health did not deteriorate during the flight, the UK Embassy in Bucharest informs in a Facebook post.

According to the source, they will be taken to several hospitals throughout the UK for further medical care.

“The British Embassy in Bucharest would like to thank the Romanian medical and emergency services for the co-ordination of this emergency transfer to the UK. We would also like to thank our colleagues in the Department of Health, Ministry of Defence and the National Health Service for their co-ordination. We stand by Romania and are glad we could join this #Colectiv effort to help,” the Embassy points out.
