A total of 30 UK universities and schools are participating in the Education UK Exhibition fair on November 21. The event, hosted by Sheraton Bucharest Hotel, offers study programs in Spa Management, Nutrition and Physiotherapy, among others, a statement by the British Council reveals.

Participants can register online at the link https://ro.edukexhibition.org and access additional information provided by exhibitors on study programs for students and pupils.

“The British Council, in partnership with the Embassy of the United Kingdom, organizes the 3rd edition of the educational fair dedicated exclusively to UK universities and schools – Education UK Exhibition – which gathers 26 universities and four boarding schools. (…) Entrance to the event is free,” the statement sent to Agerpres informs.

According to the statement, seventeen universities and one boarding school are offering a wide range of scholarships, both for Bachelor’s degrees, as well as for post-graduate studies: scholarships of merit/academic excellence, scholarships for students enrolling in science, engineering, economy, finance, law, contemporary history and political studies programmes. Some universities offer social scholarships that partially cover the living expenses and other offer scholarships for Master’s and postgraduate programmes.

UCL – University College London, King’s College London, The University of Manchester and University of Warwick, four of the 50 best universities in the world, according to the 2015 QS International World Rankings, are participating in the fair.

Those interested in enrolling in a study programme in the UK can apply for a Tuition Fee Loan without interest, which covers in full the tuition fees at a state university (for Bachelor’s programmes). Graduates are expected to repay the loan after completing their studies only if their yearly income exceeds a certain threshold calculated according to the country where they will work in after graduating.
