Rompetrol now has 65 gas stations in Republic of Moldova

KMG International has opened five new gas stations in the Republic of Moldova this year, reaching a total of 65 gas stations on that market, a company communiqué shows.

The five gas stations have created 50 new jobs, company representatives pointed out. The company recently completed the modernization of a gas station in Chisinau, based on a concept that includes a garden, a café and free Wi-Fi for customers. Likewise, the gas station’s store has facilities for persons with disabilities. The gas station sells fuel produced at the Petromidia refinery (Efix, EfixS, Premium 95 gasoline, Euro 5 diesel oil, LPG).

Rompetrol Moldova has the biggest coverage in Chisinau, owning half of the number of gas stations in Moldova’s capital and being a leader from this point of view in contrast to other important operators on the Moldovan oil products market. Apart from the gas stations, four of which sell LPG exclusively, the company also owns an oil storage site in Chisinau, an LPG storage site in Tarnova and 20 gas station stores.
