UK and US Ambassador were Santa for one day

Paul Brummell, the UK Ambassador to Bucharest and Hans Klemm, the US Ambassador attended on Wednesday a charity action organized at the Northern Railway Station in Bucharest, destined to help homeless people living in the areas nearby.

Besides the two foreign diplomats, the event was attended by volunteers of the US Embassy, of the UK Embassy and also of the Sociology and Social Assistance University in Bucharest.

The homeless persons were received a warm meal, clothes and shoes.

All volunteers, as well as both Ambassadors, wore Santa Clause hats.

The event was organized by “Casa Ioana” Association in partnership with the Intercontinental hotel manager, during 1 – 3 PM.
