President Iohannis signs decree on Luca Niculescu’s accreditation as Ambassador to France

President Klaus Iohannis signed the decree on the accreditation of journalist Luca Niculescu as Romania’s Ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to the Republic of France, informs a release of the Presidential Administration this Saturday.

Luca Niculescu was born in 1971. He holds a degree in Journalism and earned a master’s in European Journalism from the University Center for Journalism in Strasbourg. Niculescu has been working with Radio France Internationale since 1992 and as of 2000 he held the position of editor-in-chief with Radio France Internationale Romania.

His career includes stints as correspondent for France Info, France Inter, France Culture, TV 5 and “Liberation”. He moderates a TV show of private broadcaster Digi 24 and has previously produced shows for the Money Channel and the National Broadcasting Corporation TVR.
