The book “Step by Step”, by Klaus Iohannis, translated in Bulgarian

“Step by Step”, the first book authored by President Klaus Iohannis, was released two years ago in December and now it is also available in Bulgarian book shops as well, the Publishing House Curtea Veche announced in a press release.

Published in its original version during the electoral campaign of 2014, by Curtea Veche Publishing, the book was also launched in Bulgarian, under the title “Klaus Iohannis: Step by Step. An Autobiography” by the Ciela Norma Publishing House, translated by Marina Ganceva.

According to the quoted sources, Bulgaria is the second country, after Hungary, where the book of our President was translated. The Hungarian version was released in June 2015 at the Cser Publishing House, and it was translated by Lakatos Mihaly. Entitled “From Sibiu to the Presidential Palace”, it is available both in Hungary and Romania.

he book “Step by Step” was the bestseller of the year 2014 in Romania and has marked numerous editorial records. In the over 200 pages of the volume, Klaus Iohannis presents both events behind the curtains and less known moments of his public life. For the first time, the winner of the Presidential elections spoke openly, in an autobiographic volume, about his childhood, adolescence, his sister, his wife, his student years and his career as a teacher.

In May 2015, the book was followed by the release of Klaus Iohannis’s second book, “The First Step”, that reveals details from behind the scene of the electoral campaign and from the early days of his Presidential term. Last year, both books written by the Romanian President were included in the chart of the Curtea Veche Publishing House bestsellers, the press release also announces.
