OMV Petrom continues its investments. RON 805 M to be allocated for the construction of a hydrocarbon condensate unit

OMV Petrom is allocating, from its own sources, from RON 130.5 M to RON 805 M, VAT not included, for the design, acquisition, construction and the bringing online of a hydrocarbon condensate unit based on the mechanical refrigeration principle, according to an announcement posted on the Electronic System of Public Procurements (SEAP).

The bidder has to prove that its average global turnover in the last three fiscal years (2012, 2013, 2014) stands at a minimum of RON 254 M. The contract will be signed for a period of 670 days.

Likewise, the bidder has to present a list of similar projects it carried out in the last five years, and the list should show that the works were carried out in line with the professional norms in this domain as part of a contract worth a total of at least RON 127.12 M.

The deadline for bids or participation requests is March 9, 12 p.m.

Petrom is the largest Romanian oil and gas company, active in the Exploration and Production, Refining and Petrochemicals, Marketing, Natural Gas and Energy sectors.
Austria’s OMV Group is Petrom’s majority shareholder, controlling 51.01 per cent of its shares. The Economy Ministry owns 20.64 per cent of the shares and Fondul Proprietatea 20.11 per cent.
