Vodafone’s certified network becomes the first guaranteed network

Vodafone Romania emphasizes its superior network capabilities, certified as “Best in Test” by P3 communications, by becoming the first operator that guarantees an optimal level of satisfaction to all its users, prepaid, postpaid and enterprise. If for any reason Vodafone Romania customer is not fully satisfied and provides feed-back, he will be rewarded with a full day of free Internet.

More than that, all Vodafone users can benefit from the certified, guaranteed network with free data traffic at the Bucharest Underground, during February 8 – March 31. Also, in order to experience the superior network capabilities, all Romanian users, regardless of their mobile services provider, can also benefit from a new free unlimited Internet Week-end, on February 13-14.
“We want to emphasize our latest network achievement – Best in Test for data and voice – and prove the supremacy of our network, by becoming the first to guarantee the satisfaction of our users, regardless of the type of service that they use, in line with our latest campaign: 100% satisfied or recompensed. More than that, in order to improve the level of satisfaction even more, we listen to any user and reward feed-back with an entire day of free data traffic, to use it in our best performing network,” said Andrea Rossini, Director, Consumer Business Unit, Vodafone Romania.

As of February 16, all users will be able to provide feed-back regarding their experience with Vodafone Romania, directly in the MyVodafone app. Each user that provides relevant feed-back will get a free Internet day bonus. The bonus will be activated at up to 48 hours since the completion of the form and can be used for 24 hours.

As an extra benefit for the Vodafone users, during February 8 – March 31, people in Bucharest will also enjoy free data traffic at the Underground. For almost two months, the Bucharest Underground area will become the “Supernet 4G City”, one of the largest free internet areas in Europe. Users will be able to browse, to watch movies or to listen to music, with mobile apps like HBO GO or Zonga, to try out new digital experiences, like the enriched content of the Digital Library powered by Humanitas or business digital content, as well as to enjoy useful content in apps like MyVodafone, available at www.vodafone.ro/aplicatii or do the shopping online using Mega Image and eMAG Supermarket Online delivery services. The data traffic registered at the Underground will be free for all Vodafone users – prepaid, postpaid and business clients until March 31.

Moreover, Vodafone offers a new free internet experience that will enable all mobile users in Romania, regardless of the network they use, to navigate freely on the internet for two days, in the February 13 -14 week-end. This free data experience, with no additional costs and no speed limits, is available for all Vodafone users – prepaid, postpaid and business customers. Users who are not Vodafone customers will be able to enjoy the unlimited free internet experience by simply asking for a free SIM in any Vodafone store or Vodafone Romania’s partner stores, starting February 8.

The supremacy of Vodafone Romania’s network is one of the key elements in the new brand communication platform. Under the “You have the power to make it your way” message, the campaign talks about the inspiration Vodafone wants to stir in every Romanian to find his path to success and make it happen, with the full support of the trusted Supernet 4G network. Vodafone continues to enable Romanians to live a better connected life. The new communication campaign runs on print, TV, online and outdoor.
