Aviatorilor 8, a real-estate project located at the centre of Bucharest, in Victoriei Square, right next to the Government headquarters, at the intersection of the Kiseleff Boulevard and Sofia Street, will be completed in Q3 this year, according to New Europe Property Investments plc (NEPI), the most dynamic real-estate investor and developer in Romania. At this moment, works are focusing on the third and final storey, then they will move on to the façade, roof and interior finish.
